National Stick Week

Post by Neamara » Tue Mar 31, 2015 11:24 pm

Today marks the beginning of National Stick Week, a worldwide event that takes place during the first week of April to thank the trees of the world for everything they provide -- oxygen, sap, wood ... not forgetting plentiful amounts of sticks, leaves and branches. To celebrate, WolfQuest’s resident and not-so-secret society of stick cultists will be hosting their own festivities throughout the week to mark the occasion.

We here at WolfQuest do encourage eco-friendly methods to support the environment, so naturally this was the next best thing with support from the Stick Council, who have taken up residence with pink names. This event seems to have had a strange effect on the forums. We are investigating these bizarre anomalies; please bear with us as we await the replacement key for the ninjas’ equipment lockers and resolve these minor technical problems.

In Other News
  • The ban parrot has taken a small break from his usual diet of trolls, stating that he would like to take the week off to focus on a healthy diet of berries, nuts and seeds. He will be back next week after taking a much-needed vacation following yesterday's mutiny. His ship has been left in the care of some very familiar names and faces. Be afraid until he returns.
  • Another new group has entered the fray! This one is open to all and can be joined here. There are no joining requirements.

April 2nd Edit
Hope you all enjoyed this year’s April Fools Day plot, everyone~ as of today, everything will be reverting to its usual state; Stick Council will be allowed to stay for one week to continue their stick-y antics if they choose to continue celebrating National Stick Week. We’d like to thank everyone for their participation as well as the cooperation of the Stick Cult, which has been a first! ^^

I've a complaint to make about this change. *I* am the one and only ruler of the S.S. WolfQuesters. This is a huge mistake! I am perfectly fine!
