Re: Looking Forward, Looking Back

If I enjoy 2.7 excessively, just how much will I enjoy WolfQuest 3? :D As if Amethyst Mountain alone isn't good enough, the blog posts will keep on coming, and I'll be looking forward to Thursdays even as this will keep me busy! If I ever forget all the patience and time that went into this game, th...

Re: Looking for Trouble

Wapiti 3F must be a spy from one of the 2.7 packs trying to sabotage everything! :) It looks as if there may be another personality trait on the scale. I wonder if the pups would inherit the levitation skills... You're almost there, it's certain. Not too long ago you were all working on starti...

Re: Music and Herd Names and Trees, Oh My!

Wow! It looks so good, it's hard to believe it's a game. I can't wait to hear the music. I've always loved listening to it, with its sound that conveys the wilderness, and now there's more of it! As for the herd names, I can't wait to see which herd is my favorite and explore every herd that exists ...

Re: The Long and Winding Lamar

It looks fantastic - and it's not even finished. I like how you're making the rivers look different based on the amount of sediment or rocks and branches; it adds a lot of amazing detail! :D

Re: Hard Rock Ballet

Wow! The cliffs look amazing. I like how they don't just act as an invisible wall but actually make you slip down the slope. I can already imagine a multiplayer game where all they do is slide down cliffs aimlessly... and still have a blast. I'll be one of those players doing that, probably!

Re: Zeno's WolfQuest

It's almost there! If you're getting to the small things like bugs and details rather than the huge things (like the wolf design), you've made a lot of progress. :)

Re: Stand Out From the Pack!

I'm going to have to remake all my old wolves even more now, plus all the new ones I'm going to be able to make! You shouldn't have to worry about remaking your old wolves, because the WolfQuest team has it covered! Will my wolves import? WQ3 will use the same player accounts as 2.7. You’ll be able...

Re: You're Getting Veeery Sleeeepy...

This is kind of random but Will the moose have less health in wolfquest 3? (They are so hard to kill!) All of the prey will be harder to catch in some ways and easier in others, I think. There's more strategy to it, so if you come up with a good plan, it might be easier (especially with more useful...

Re: Playful Pups

Will there be a journey to tower fall? (Like the journey to the rendezvous site) I think that the rendezvous site journey is all the traveling to Tower Fall we'll be doing, from what I've gathered. After the rendezvous journey it takes you to the next level (like Amethyst Mountain to Slough Creek) ...

Re: Honing Performance

It looks great! I'm glad the lag is going to be fixed and that you're putting so much time into its being accessible. It looks like you're almost done with it, if you're working on performance now and details like that. Thank you! :D

Re: Playful Pups

I love the new pup models! They'll be a handful for sure, though, what with the new personalities (if I get an energetic mate, will the pups be harder to handle?). :wolf: I assume an energetic mate would make certain aspects of pup-raising easier to handle, because they'd be more willing to help ou...

Re: Herd Any Good Names? (Help us name the elk herds!)

Great job! Just look at the comparison between the older elk models and the newer ones... As for ideas, perhaps you could name the herds based on cloud types: Cirrus Herd, Nimbus Herd, Stratus Herd, etc. Another idea is types of trees: Cedar Herd, Fir Herd, Oak Herd (though this might not work as we...

Re: I Do...Do You?

I had been excited for this video to come for a long time, and now that it's finally here I'm not disappointed! The snow accumulation looked beautiful and I can't wait to see my wolves with snowflakes in their fur. I also liked how there was more contrast between the size of the male and female wolv...

Re: Beta Testing WolfQuest 3

Thanks for looking for glitches! I'm sure it takes a plethora of patience (even if it's probably fun, too) to beta test, so I'm grateful that you would give up a bit of your time to help perfect the game for us players. :)

Re: You're Getting Veeery Sleeeepy...

For one, the time lapse during the wolf's sleeping was absolutely beautiful! Also, more to the point of the video, I'm so excited to take care of all of those meters. And passing the time will now be practical AND beneficial! :) Good work! Looking back at the first videos of WolfQuest 3, it's change...
