Re: Dinosaurs

Some of my favorite animals, definitely. My absolute favorite has to be Ceolophysis, one of the first bipedal dinosaurs. Second is the Utahraptor, the largest and most powerful of the raptors. One thing I feel urged to clear up though is the fact that Velociraptors are really actually small raptors....

Re: Your horrifying moments. >:D

My pup got killed by a coyote, at first it didn't concern me since I'd killed a lot of pups by the second time I played the game. But then I noticed this random pup just walking blankly around and not whining for food when I fed my pups. The ghost pup was exactly like the one that had just died, it ...

Re: Wolf Wars

Wolves do not wage war against eachother, although some packs may have more frequent skirmishes than with others due to the proximity of their territories and the food sources within said territories.

Re: Power Playing: Good or Bad?

I do find power playing to be quite annoying at times. Especially when I am on a normal wolf rp and a random person comes on an says that they control fire or something and are therefore indisructable. These people also often pick fights with me for no other reason than to show off their powers, ect...

Re: How would a wolf indicate that a stranger wolf was close?

I am guessing that wolves do not have a definite way of signalling that there is an intruder and rather than tell the other packmembers that there is an intruder, the other wolves would pick up the scent as well. Either that or the first wolf to scent the intruder would chase it off or howl a warnin...

Re: Origin of your wolf's name?

Well my wolf's name is the name of an evil male Red Deer with no antlers and only one eye and who ate the heart of a living human child and is a character in the semi-popular book, Firebringer.

When I'm playing on WQ I some times get a few strange looks from people who know who Sgorr is.

Re: The wolf that eats the liver of the kill,is the Alpha??

I have heard that as well, I'm pretty sure that the Alpha pair usually feeds on the parts of the kill that will give them the strongest (therefore most intimidating) smell and those are usually parts such as the liver, brain and other organs. To make their smell stronger they also roll on carcasses,...
