Re: Moose

Maybe not a direct comparison, but it reminds me of how folks in the US will call bison "buffalo", while buffalo is more representative of the African or Asian bovine species. I think that's a fair statement; and in any case I wouldn't want to get too close to either species (in both comparisons).

I read the previous posts to see if this was already discussed, and I didn't see it; since moose aren't native to Europe I understand using th...

My roommate and I have added the old ones to our list, too. We'll be caught in in Kingdom Hearts 2.8 for a while though.

Re: What is your favorite wild cat?

There's something about the way lions move that strikes me. They have very chiseled faces, lionesses especially. I think that's what draws me to them.

...but nothing beats the Scottish Wildcat.

Re: What wildlife have you seen recently?

I've just returned from Yellowstone itself, actually. I've never seen so much wildlife before. Twelve bears--six black, six grizzly, from Lamar Valley to the Tetons. One of the sows was Raspberry, who lives in Yellowstone, and the other sow grizzly was 399 in the Tetons with her COY Snowy (who died...

Re: Okami, for the PS2, and Wii

I haven't been playing this game in a bit, but that's because I've been reading, I suppose. :3 Hmm, I don't know where the Gale Shrine #2 bead is, but I know there's one if you go back later in the game to the room where you got a key. You fight the Canine Warriors and get a stray bead, but I dunno...

Re: ~The Fdshfbvsk Band~ Not Accepting

Have fun in NY, Lark! As for the rest of you, Merry Christmas, happy holidays, and may you have lots of snow and hot chocolate.

I'm not traveling, so I'll be around and I'll check in with TFB every other day or so.
