Re: Mara (Patagonian Cavy) heard of them ?

Hmm, I have never heard of them. Though looking like a Rabbit Deer cross reminds me of another animal. Though the name of that animal was a species that has a name that begins with J. Though I do not remember the species very well. This was very interesting to read though.

Re: Hedgehogs

The local manager of Geeks Etc store has a pet hedgehog. He named him Sonic. He stays in the store and is very mischievous. Once he escaped and chewed up a rather important wire. The manager was not pleased. Haha, I'm sure he wasn't! :3 Anyways, hedgehogs are very cute, but can be quite painful if ...

Re: Platypuses

I learned from a documentary that Platypuses use their spurs during mating season usually to chase away competitors. Also, here are some facts I found on the National Geographic website! •An unlikely mix of duck, beaver, and otter, the male platypus also has poisonous stingers on his rear feet. •Pl...

Re: False advertising of wolfdogs

I myself looked over this article and I was interested. I brought over a friend and me and him looked at them. I noticed that only one or two of the canines on their site looked like real wolves. I saw one that was listed as a pure wolf though it was a regular red husky.

Re: How strong are your feelings about wolves?

I myself am a very passionate about wolves. I do strongly believe that they should not be hunted anymore. I myself would like to study them and find out how to help them when I am older. I do draw wolves in my free time... Or attempt to. Though I usually end up throwing my sketches away due to the ...

Re: Wolf Chat

I first started liking all canines at a young age. For as long as I can remember I had always had a strong fascination for all canines, dogs and wolves more then anything. I had always grown up around dogs and I have never had a fear for them. I first joined WolfQuest forums in 2010, though I start...

Re: Newbies Come Here - Adopt A Newbie - Be A Newbie's Teach

Good luck with this program as it continues to increase in teachers and newbies. I believe all the hard workers here deserve a pat on the back for all their good work. Or well, just a metaphoric round of applause. Good luck with teachers with the teaching or newbies. And I believe we should all tha...

Re: Why blue eyes?

The reason people pick blue eyes may be because they feel Blue looks unusual on wolves. Or because Blue is suck a widely favored color.

Re: Do you act like a wolf in real life?

When I was younger me and friends would play wolves all the time, turns out I was always the alphess too. It was so much fun, I wish I never had to grow up. Ahaha, I know right? I would always be the lone wolf that would be captured by humans in the game. I always failed. xDDD But I was more like a...
