Yes! When I went to Death Valley I saw a few coyotes, not only that but they followed my car. The coyotes over there are actually quite people-friendly.

Alot of people don't like coyotes becuse alot of times they attack their pets. So thats why people aren't defending coyotes. Theres coyotes by me, though I'm not sure where. I never seen them. Theres also cougars around where I live.
