Re: gestation period?
I think it's about 60 - 63 days, so that's about two months.

Re: What pack is worse? Specimen, Slough or Druid?
The Druids are the worst! Sometimes when you fight one of them, their health decreases by the tiniest amount, when yours just plumets! Yeah, I'm exaggerating . And it's always when the opposing wolf says "Make my day!" I learned to avoid those particular wolves. They're crazy!

Re: Which animal is the most fun to hunt?
I'd say hares were my, (or Spirit's  ) favourite. I find that there's a method to hunting and killing hares successfully. First, you stalk it. Then once you're in range, you run at it quickly and try and bite it. Dinner is served. I just never get bored hunting hares, I could do it all day. I ...

Re: re introducing wolves into scotland
I found several articles about this subject awhile back, while researching for biology coursework. It would be really beneficial in many ways if wolves were reintroduced, but have heard nothing of it since. Does anyone know more information about this? There's also a lot of discussion about re-intr...

Re: Wolf Internships
I'd really love to do something like that. But living in Britain where there are no wild wolves and hardly any places that have captive wolves (except for one I know of but I still live too far from there  ) means I more than likely can't. But I won't give up! I'll find a way...somehow

I really like that animation. I think the artist is so talented in their artwork and animating skills. I'm actually kind of jealous!

Re: Wolf Books you are Writing
On top of doing coursework, revision and attempting to look for a job, I'm writing a book about wolves. I'm not sure if that's the correct term to use, but it's close enough so I'll use it anyway. The main character is Spirit, a young female wolf who runs away from her previous home with her sister...

Re: The Sight, by David Clement-Davies
I love this book to bits!!! My mother had to make a real effort to pry it from my hands to get me to do some work. It was so sad in some places though when each pack member was being picked off ne by one. :( But that certainly didn't ruin it for me. I'll definitely read it again sometime. I m...

Re: "Promise of the Wolves" by Dorothy Hearst
I've been reading this book and so far I'm loving it! I've just got up to the last chapter.
Throughout, I question kept nagging at me; I wondered if the Greatwolves, Jandru and Frandra were supposed to be dire wolves?

Re: Funniest Wolfquest Roleplay Posts on MP
At one time in an Rp, I was showing another wolf where the boots were. When we found them we had a bit of fun with humour, about how they smell of socks and cheese. Another wolf, rping of course, marked the boots. As the new player entered the chat I wrote "Now they smell of wee too!" I just though...

Re: New arrivals at Wolf Conservation Trust
I went to the UKWCT during the summer with my friend and saw most of the wolves. (Torak wasn't feeling particularly sociable that day) We saw the pups too and they are very cute. :D They had grown so much since their birth in May. I managed to get some photos of the wolves, and pups. Here are the p...
