Re: "Wolf shot and killed after escaping at Minnesota Zoo"
I understand why they had to do this, but that doesn't mean I agree with it AT ALL. If the wolf was acting more scared than anything, they should have tranquilized it, then, if the wolf started being aggressive, THEN they could kill it. Just shooting it makes me    CALM DOWN Tranq...

Re: 3 Wolves shot to death in Ohio
I can understand why the lady shot them, she obviously cared more about her dogs, and I have no idea what I'd do in her place, but this is still terrible!!! That owner should have known better!! I just hope he doesn't have any more wild animals as pets...

Re: what would you do if you were a wolf?
If I were a wolf, I'd probably have to be blind..not because of any 'heart' problems regarding hunting, but because of all the guts and gore that would make me..have major problems..which would get me killed if I were a wolf! So I'd have to live off of chipmunks or one-bite things like that. :? Othe...

Re: How strong are your feelings about wolves?
I love wolves!! They are so beautiful, intelligent, and fascinating...I understand they are just animals, but I can't help preferring them and building stories in my mind about them!

Re: So many Carcasses!
There are WAY too many carcasses! Although it is helpful, it is really unrealistic and not at all challenging. They should have something in game settings controlling how many elk carcasses there are.

Re: "Wolves of the Beyond" by Kathryn Lasky
I thought it was really good, and the characters were very strong, even though it kind of seems like the animals are from some type of weird parallel universe or something. XD

I stalk the herd and find the weakest one and bite it, then I chase it to a carcass, eat, and then kill it!

Re: Stupid Things YOU Have Done
I didn't know an eagle could take your pup out of your mouth (I had chased away eagles with a pup before) so I just stood there and the eagle came and took my pup.

New best things my mate has done: Kill a coyote (that's a first for me) and babysat the pups! (of course I simply dumped with her to see what would happen but it went well!)

Re: Crazy WQ Happenings!
My pup, Sun, was kidnapped by an invisible bear! O-o He randomly started running toward me, but he was going backward at about the speed of a bear, and when I finally caught up with him, he was running straight but slowly going sideways! And I still couldn't grab him, so I went back to my ot...

Re: How many pups did you have after you finished SC?
The best I've ever done is three-and I've done that quite a few times. If there wasn't a hawk it would be four. Darn eagle! I'm currently trying to save and reload to get all four pups (because all my family look exactly alike) but I haven't been on it in a while....lazy me. XD I tried to sac...

Re: WolfQuest Pups - General Discussion
I have a very glitchy litter. All four took off in a straight line at top speed for the Bison Cliff den. And when they stopped running away, they became frozen. Hua was the first to freeze, so she was fed the most- she ended up weighing 18 pounds.

Re: Bears, Coyoties, Hawks, Wolves -Which one?
Hawks always appear and follow me and I can barely defend my pups! A coyote or bear is fairly straightforward, but I have no idea how to deal with hawks.
