Re: Albino Deer

Yeap they are out there. If you google Piebald elk there is one that was hunted. I like the piebald moose as well. Very pretty. I think it is possiable for any animal to be piebald or albino. They are just hard to find in the less common ones. Here is a picture of a few Albino elk I found on google...

Re: that all the wolves have a black paint in the eyes?

Are we talking about what some call "Tear Ducts"? I think Pawnee has an interesting point, but If we are talking about Tear Ducts I just think they are there, because they are. I believe the tear ducts are different, as the black parts goes around the entire eye. The tear ducts are a small part whe...

Re: How high can a wolf jump up to?

In my opinion, I think it would depend on the type or breed of wolf in depending on how high it jumps. Wolves do not have "breeds", breeds apply to animals such as horses, dogs, and cats. There are different species and subspecies of wolf, but most of the wolf species are fairly similar. Some of th...

Re: Calling for New Forum Moderators

Cana did not accept users under 15 last time, no. I am an experienced at moderation, and so I may apply. I believe all users will be considered, regardless of age. The admin wants moderators to be over 15 do to the nature of some of the Multiplayer chats. But, members under the age of 15 who have p...

Re: Albino Deer

Piebald deer are very pretty, but I've only seen piebald White Tail, has anyone ever heard cases of other types of deer being piebald? For example, Sambar, Elk, Pudu, Marsh Deer, etc?

Moose would be another one I suppose, moose and White Tail.

Re: Color?

Ack, we have a topic on this somewhere because people have asked about it in the past. Unfortunately, I do not know where the topic is, but maybe another moderator will and can hopefully give you a better answer. I believe the theory behind this was that more dominant animals eat first and choose th...

Also, Ahti's "puppeteer" would like me to mention that his wolf is mute. It came to mind that if he didn't mention it, some members may be confused^^

Re: Humans in my story?, and other ?s about story writing

Well, I'm sure that wolves do know about our prescense, but I don't think they know that they are scientists and they are studying them, instead we are just a new animal... a really weird one. Some of the wolves do have radio collars, that's how scientists study them, but it is not allowed to add w...

Re: Albino Deer

White deer aren't really albino, or at least actual albinism in deer is very rare. The white deer and white-patch deer you are seeing have leucism, in which they have a reduction of pigments, producing white fur or some areas or everywhere. When a deer has white fur or white patches, it is called a ...
