Re: Sea animals

I also recall there being some turtles in the water when I went snorkeling in Hawaii, though I didn't get very close to them. The only other interesting marine expreience I've had is when I went whale watching in Canada and we saw a pod of orca and one came up about a meter from the boat [Just one ...

Re: Red and Arctic foxes clash in Russia

Very interesting article, Hidden! I'm not too worried, but I am hoping that something doesn't go devastatingly wrong that could badly impact either [or both] species as a result.
Thanks for posting this up!

Re: Do you Prefer a Strong, Fast or Distance Wolf?

In multiplayer I usually have about 3 speed, 2 stamina and -4 strength. It works for me because I can usually outrun a lot of the people on there as I can keep up a fairly good pace and I rarely hunt in multiplayer anyway so strength isn't an issue for me. For single player my stats always vary in ...

Re: Have you ever seen a WILD Coyote?

Living in Australia, I haven't seen any coyotes, but I'm sure it would be a great experience! I envy everyone who has had the opportunity to be able to see one of these creatures at all, let alone in the wild.

Re: Now Accepting Moderator Applications

Also, I'm assuming that it doesn't, but will it matter if I change the formatting of the application? I simply mean putting the questions and what-not in bold text to make it easier to read for Cana and the current moderators. I don't think it should be an issue, but I just wanted to be sure ;] No,...

Re: Now Accepting Moderator Applications

I have decided that I will apply and see how it goes. I am keen to help people and I usually do have the time plus it would be a good experience to do more for WolfQuest because it is a fantastic game and the forums are wonderful. I know I've already said this many a time but the best of luck to al...

Re: Now Accepting Moderator Applications

I want to be a moderator, but I'm only 11. :( :( :( Good Luck everyone! I'm pretty sure you can apply regardless of your age - how old you are doesn't necessarily affect your maturity or how good a moderator you would be. (; Oh, I read somewhere you had to be 15. Oh well. TOTALLY FILLING OUT FORM. ...

36 already? My oh my, at least we know that there are lots of people on WolfQuest willing to lend a hand and be helpful;

Still haven't decided if I'll apply yet - taking my time considering to make sure I don't try and rush into something I can't handle.

Re: Hyena Discussion

I love hyenas. <3 And Silver is correct, hyenas are part of a sub-order of the order Carnivora which is Feliforma. The Feliformia ("cat-like" carnivores, also Feloidea) are a suborder within the order Carnivora and includes cats (large and small), hyenas, mongooses, civets and related taxa. The oth...

Re: WolfQuest Soundtrack -- Your opinions?

I don't mind the soundtrack myself. I wouldn't listen to it outside the bounds of WolfQuest, but for actually playing the game it suits the mood perfectly and creates a nice atmosphere.
Well done to Tim Buzza for creating such a wonderful, well-themed soundtrack.

Re: Now Accepting Moderator Applications

Ooh, new moderators eh? This'll be exciting. Hmm, I'm torn on whether to apply or not so I certainly won't straight away, but I do think it'd be a lot of fun to help out around here. c: Best of luck to everyone that enters a form, I know that with all the positive and helpful people on here Cana wi...

Thanks April, river6, wolfyattitude, icewolf257 and Nightly-Howler! It truly is humbling to hear all of your positive replies and I thank you very much!

And yes, it was indeed a very interesting prank that fooled a lot of people [including me to begin with c;].

Re: Want to see a few more screenshots?

They look amazing - it's really going to amplify the quality of WolfQuest gameplay! The snow and that looks just fantastic with the paw prints and general beauty, so does the rain and lightning! These shots have truly made me excited for the new release, even more so than I was before! Great job gu...

Re: Sea animals

Yes, I am beyond lucky [not just for that, but for other things I have done that very few people will ever do] and am extremely grateful for every good fortune that has come my way. I don't really have a favourite type of turtle, as I don't know enough about the different sub-species to know which ...
