Re: are wolves monogamous? whats a beta?

Thanks for answering that Hidden. :) Remember to check your sources when you get information Ticho33, for many times the information isn't fully accurate or is outdated. But, if you have further questions regarding Wolf Hierarchy, it wouldn't hurt to check out this topic: http://www.wolfquest.org/b...

Interesting topic.. :) But Since it seems this post doesn't serve much meaning in regards to validation, (other than a couple small discussions), it may be best if you add a link or quoted information on the front post that can point users to the appropriate petition website.. ^^ Even giving us the...

Re: Crazy WQ Happenings!

I don't play the game enough to really run into these sort of glitches, but in my most recent game I ran into something kind of interesting. The whole landscape disappeared from underneath me whenever I changed my graphic settings from low to high.. I am aware of having a flying wolf, but in this s...

Re: Dyed Animals

I think my biggest concern with this is simply the effect this dye may have on the animals. People dyeing their pets is entirely up to them, and although in many people's eyes it's wrong, I do believe that owners who do participate in the coloration of their pets do have valid facts that support th...

Re: WolfQuest Update

I know game development and programing is no simple matter but what if u switch chat programs? If not then make it so we may have multiplay but not have full chat permissions. Any way if u ever do update the game i would love it if u could spend more time with your pups and den. Also there should be...

Re: Birth of wolf pups in Highland Wildlife Park (Scotland)

This is wonderful news! Hopefully the pups will all grow to be healthy and successful. I would encourage the Park to release the wolves eventually into the wild, but as you brought up previously Koa, their reintroduction may cause problems within the area. Seeing as it has adapted to ways without w...

If I was more technologically advanced, perhaps I'd lend a hand.. buuut since that's not entirely feasible, I can still wish you the best of luck with the project. ^^ It's another great idea, and I hope it goes far! :)

Re: READ!: Wolf Q&A - Frequently Asked Questions (Updated)

Thanks Koa! I went ahead and added the Myth List to the post below Sintact's, just to keep everything in one place. I personally saw nothing wrong with the topic, so I think it's a good addition to the overall front post. If this topic seems deserted by Blightwolf, I see no harm in allowing a more ...

Re: What would a wolf do if a pup died?

I know the wolf wouldn't morun or greive or bury the death of a pup, but would they move the pup somewhere other then the den? So if the pup died at the den would they leave it where it died? (I think I have an idea but just making sure) Generally if a pup dies in (or right by) the den, the mother ...

Re: Wolf claws - more than digging?

Just to add on to the original statement of the book; hair being scratched off the face could potentially be referring to teeth rather than the wolf's claws. When wolves snap and nip at eachother, it's very possible that their sharp canines penetrate the fur and skin on the face. I haven't read the...
