Re: Thoughts on new injury system?

Confession: I dreaded it when it was first announced, sort of "ooh"-ed and "ahh"-ed when it was first teased, and through playtesting, I've slowly learned taught my wolves to live with it and endure through it. Personally, I'm enjoying the experience. Repeated playthroughs don't feel quite as repet...

Re: New NPC Coats *Spoilers*

WolfQuest Wikians are busy trying to get these coats on grown pups in-game so we can replace their temporary Unity editor reference samples with screenshots taken from the Customize Wolf interface. It's not a perfect solution, but it's the best we are able do in the meantime while the hunt is on-go...

Re: Ideas for Future Updates

Allowing the player (as their playable adult pups) to toggle between injured and uninjured versions of their coat. I know the intention is to make it realistic by having them in the gene pool which is why I've been mulling over whether to even post this for the past couple of years. :') I'd love to ...

Re: Question about commissions?

Hi Cyngelstar , What would your intention be? If it's just to show and flaunt them and not sell them, it should be fine. If it's to sell them to others, there are rules stating you may not offer any services in exchange for money (including commissions) via the WolfQuest Community Forum. What is no...

Re: Eagle Fish Achievement

a tip i was given by our resident fisher lupin: - follow eagle with fish until it flies over land, - sleep, - find fish since eagle despawned at sleep! Huh, didn't think of that. Good to know! I'll add it to the Wiki. ^^ UPDATE: Verifying that LupinWQ's method works! https://wolfquest.fandom.com/wi...

Re: New things found in AE's files (Spoilers)

ORIGINAL POST 3-JUN-2021 Been a while... haven't sifted too thoroughly lately. Found an eye matching the style of age perk icons. Not sure what this is yet -- my oldest wolf is 5. Anyone know if this is used by anything, or does it go unused? https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/wolfquest/images/f/f6/...

Hi Firelight31,

It might help if you could provide a little more information in more detail. ^^:

Re: Eagle Fish Achievement

Bald eagles will occasionally drop carried fish they have caught when they despawn. It may be best to watch an eagle and NOT follow it OR run in the opposite direction with your camera facing the eagle's direction, then hurry to where it was last sighted when is disappears. If it had a fish, it's p...

Hi DawnIsNow , Was it this bundle ? There's a disclaimer in the left panel at the bottom which clarifies it doesn't include keys. ^^; Please note: No Steam (or other external) keys will be given for bundle purchases. Only direct downloads will be available on the itch.io page. You will need to get ...

Interactive WQ Maps

Fandom recently rolled out interactive maps for all Wikis, so I decided to give it a whirl! Here's our index of available maps: WolfQuest Wiki:Interactive Maps | Alternative: Special:AllMaps Currently, this little side project is limited to Anniversary Edition maps only. You can zoom in and out, yo...

Re: Ideas for Future Updates

@solar-mutt I think it has said before that "1" in a pack =/= "breeding pair". Wiki info suggests they're all siblings, but that doesn't have citation to link-back to unfortunately. ^^;

Re: Highest age?

Cuyut managed to get one of their wolves up to age 10. The trivia section of the Elder Wolf article on the Wiki suggests you'll need to forfeit sleep and be patient to accomplish anything above ages 9-10. There's no known limit at this point in time. (Hard pass from me lol - I'm holding off on elde...

Re: most annoying thing your mate on wq has done

Haven't played in a while, so going from memory... Mezzaine's mate often shies away from conflict. Dude. She's old. She is NOT going up against an angry boar alone and if that means losing pups... so be it . Thinking he's cautious and lazy too - these two are my main Accurate difficulty pair, so hi...
