Re: What's your Wolfquest 3 Mate Like?

I recently ran into a silvery female from the Canyon pack. I named her Iyanu. She couldn’t be a better mate, haha. Moderately energetic, socially charming, and bold, she’s been very helpful in hunts and wolf-fights alike. But in spite of her boldness, Iyanu also falls back for my reinforcement. In w...

Re: When Your Wolf Sleeps...

I've noticed that, too. It was a cute touch. My wolf seems to have very peculiar dreams of animals being flown off by ravens, haha.

Re: The Beartooth Males

I've been on a hunting trial with one of them as well--particularly the red-coated Beartooth male. He seemed like quite the loner. A bit lazy, too, but quite bold. He was quicker to jump into a wolf-fight than he was to help bring down a kill, which probably explains why he's such a formidable oppon...

Re: Ideas for New Episodes/Future Updates

Markers showing up on the compass (like the hunting grounds and territories of the old game) would be REALLY helpful, I often find myself checking my map to find I'm going in the wrong direction. I completely agree. Being able to see the wind direction on the compass like the old game would be help...

Re: What's your Wolfquest 3 Mate Like?

I haven't really kept mates for long, simply because I've been picky when it comes to their diversity, pelt colour, and overall personalities. On my first run, I met a very energetic and seemingly social female who often wagged her tail in the midst of running or walking, glanced at me, and huddled ...

Re: Fighting stranger wolves? (3.0)

My experience with stranger wolves has been pretty thrilling, haha. I've killed one once, but only with the help of my mate. Fighting lone wolves seems to be a lot easier than scaring off a group, I agree. Even then, I tend to flee from fights in general.

Re: Hunting Elk in Wolfquest 3

Thank you for these tips! I’ll have to try some of these out.

Luckily, I’ve gotten a little better at hunting elk calves and cow elk. It all seems to boil down to patience and strategy—two traits that I need to learn to strengthen, haha.

Re: Hunting Elk in Wolfquest 3

WolfQuest 3's new hunting mechanics really does set you into a whole new game, doesn't it? I've been playing on the challenging setting, and ho-boy! Either the elk are too crafty, or I'm a terrible, over-confident hunter. This iteration of the game really teaches you the virtue of patience and strat...

Re: Hunting for the Hardcore

I’m loving all the stakes at play here! The amount of thought put into the highest difficulty level is amazing. Hunts are now that much more thrilling, realistic, and versatile! Can’t wait to jump in and play Ironwolf on Accurate, haha.

By the way, that pelt is beautiful.
