Re: Pink Flesh? (Genetics Question)

Having a lighter (in this case pink) coloration indicates a lack of pigmentation within the skin. The darker the color, the more pigments there are. It's no different than the diverse skin colorations of humans. However, pink noses and paw pads are specifically a dog trait. It depends on the colora...

Re: The Fate of the Mate

I chose option D as I feel that would have a more appropriate age range. Working at the International Wolf Center granted the opportunity to view kids and other guests play WQ. There were some that were able to grasp the controls relatively quickly, but others had a much harder time and required as...

Molecule found that attracts wolves, repels humans

Abstract from ArabNews.com : PARIS: The faintest whiff of a molecule from mammal blood known as E2D sends some animals into a predatory frenzy but frightens others — including people — into retreat, scientists have discovered. Never before has the same molecule been known to provoke diametrically o...

Re: Take Me to the River?

drop me in the water It's amazing how such a little thing can make you so excited. This should boost immersion within the game to have this aesthetic, and potentially new use? I like the idea of drinking water as a means to boost your health just a fraction. I think food should remain as the main s...

Re: Ride of the Wapiti

The elk movements look much more fluid now! I gotta agree with Anduril, it's very surreal seeing how much improvement the game has undergone after all these years. Everyone is doing a wonderful job on the game development!

Also, great musical selection ;]

With the expanded map for Amethyst Mountain, will The Burn be kept as is, or will it be replaced with a more lush forest since it has mostly healed over in real life? And if it is going to be replaced, what will happen to The Scorched Land Achievement? The map will be expanded and updated with the ...

Re: How Badly Do Wolves Fight?

It depends on the situation. If a rival wolf intrudes into another pack's territory, the pack is most likely to chase and attack the intruder, some cases ending in the death of the intruder. It's also not uncommon for a rival pack to intrude into another pack's territory, where severe fights can br...
