Last journey/pup bugs

I'm not quite sure if anyone else has had this bug but 2 seem to happen a lot with my games, one being pups (those that even have died) are back again, names back to female or male and a new one.

I was going to the rendezvous site made it half way saved and quit the game for the day loaded the game back up and my mate and I were at the same place as last seen but the 3 (now 4) pups were magically back at the den which made me shocked to say the least only up side was now my 3 pups were back to 4, although making the trip for a second time was a lot harder with 4 again.

Is anyone else having these issues? Thanks!
