It seems every MP phrase chat public game I host I cannot report other players who join. I made an attempt once, but when I went into Pack Stats and clicked on the naughty player's wolf name, the report button simply DISAPPEARED. So I kicked the player instead. (He was drowining the pups when we had already crossed the river so he was just doing it for fun and got a load of warnings by me.)
So, name states it: I was on P.C. when it happened.
