Hello, so I just downloaded WolfQuest on a different phone then the one it was originally on, it says I have to buy the entire game again! I really don't have the money for this, is there a way to sync with my other account or something?

do you have an apple or android and if its apple do you have family sharing? the game is different than an account -- you can buy the game without having an account to use multiplayer.

You need to log in to the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the game on this different phone. You should be able to re-download the game after that if you have purchased the game with that ID before. This is true as well for music, etc.

You mean Alcatel? No, Acatels are from Android, so you wouldn’t be able to use an Apple ID on an Acatel and vice versa, I think?

What are you trying to do? Is this purchase going from an Alcatel to another Alcatel or an Alcatel to an iPhone? If it’s the latter: as I said before, Alcatel appear to use the Andriod operating system. You will not be able to redownload the game because you will be using a completing different operating system (Apple) and consequently a different user ID entirely. You will have to repurchase the game. WolfQuest is not cross-platform.

I was hoping I could share an account from my Alcatel phone with the Apple iPhone. I'll purchase the full game as soon as I find that play store card...

Unfortunately, when you purchase WolfQuest on a specific platform, you only have a license for like platforms (e.g. iPhone and iPad both utilize iOS, so if you purchased the game on one of those, you would be able to redownload the game with your AppleID on the other). You can’t transfer a purchase from an Android OS to an iOS— just like I would not be able to transfer my purchase on Windows to a Mac. This can get a little confusing, so to clarify:

* If you purchase the game for computer (on wolfquest.org or itch.io or Steam), you can download it for Windows or Mac OSes.

* If you purchase it from the Apple App Store for iOS, you can download it to any iOS device (iPhone or iPad) that has your Apple ID.

* If you purchase it from the Google Play Store, you can download it to any Android device that has the Google Play Store app with your Google ID.

* If you purchase it from the Amazon Appstore, you can download it to any Kindle or Android device that has the Amazon Appstore app with your Amazon ID.

After creating an account, you can log into the game on any of the above devices and sync up your data. But each of the above platforms (PC/Mac, iOS, Google-Android, and Amazon-Kindle/Android) require separate purchases, because that's how the world (and the app stores) work.
