NPC Wolves

How do they work, exactly? Do the same stranger wolves spawn every time until they're killed? Are the dispersal groups set or randomized?

And that's how you know I have a terrible memory. Though now I'm wondering if the fourth pack mentioned in the video was removed at some point, given that even with all the playthroughs I've managed I've only ever seen the same first three every time.

I think it may have been removed, as I have not seen it either.
