Predictable Elk?

Ok, whenever I am on singleplayer (or multiplayer, now that I think about it) The elk in the hunting ground nearest to the Little Butte are ALWAYS in the same place! And I never see any scent trails until I am right next to them... does this happen to anyone else? Or is it just my computer?

It might just be your computer. Ive never had that, i have alwways had to follow the trail. sometimes they are not even where the trail ends. I think it might be a glitch or even just how your game works.

I dont think its a serious glitch, if your unhappy about it then report it, but if your okay with it then i suppose it doesnt matter. If its causing a serious problem then you should report it.

Once I followed a scent trail (not near aspen or river more near Bison Peak.) and it led to a crossroad of scents but no elk! So I followed each one and lo and behold! No elk! :|

That used to happen to me a lot before Slough Creek came out.

I think it may just be your computer because it has never happened to me. But, I do always find the scent trail near the opposite end of the elk hunting area from where I started.

Same here, they're always in the creek for me. Personally, I don't mind so I don't make a big fuss about it.

That's the same for me, but not always. Most of the time it is like that though.

I know... I might just be picky but it annoys me. I used to like searching for elk. Coz thats what real wolves have to do. (I like trying to act like a real wolf... i dont know why) Also the follow trail - no elk is frustrating but it normally happens when I've just killed one of the Elk in that elk ground and they are all scattered about. I fix it by exiting and re-entering the plains.

Yeah, I think I'm going to post it on the bugs.... cause' it seems most people have this "problem" and I think it would be more fun if it got fixed.

Eh..... kinda embarrassing.... but where do you go to report a bug?? (LOL I should know by now, but my computer's pretty good and this is the first singleplayer glitch i've experienced.... :?
