If I can I fight till the other wolf is dead. However sometimes my health is too low and I have to give in.

I fight in AM and i usually win. But when i'm like half dead fleeing is needed.

In SC i defend my territory and win. An avoid stranger territorys

I usually fight to the death because I pretty much always win - it seems like my wolf is always stronger than the others. I don't think I have ever once died in a fight in Single Player. I usually try to fight till the other wolf dies/runs away and then find some carcass laying around to regain my health. I don't usually back down unless I'm terribly loosing the fight.

I always fight, but if I need to submit and heal up I do. But I always go back for more and I don't give up until they die/leave.

I've noticed that a stranger wolf that says "Make my day" will usually fight to the death. A wolf that says "What's up" or "Who are you looking at" will submit eventually. I keep this in mind when I have a wolf who is not particularly strong. So it depends on which wolf I am fighting.

What is this "losing" you speak of? My stamina is always at least 3, so I don't lose fights unless my opponent was a Druid male and attacked me first.

If I was running out of health/energy I would submit and run off for food. But if I had enough health i would basicly fight. Lastly i would just go and attack the wolf first anyways. only using submitting as a last resort.

I fight to the death always, I even kill druids with my awesome stats. But if I'm not in the mood to die or I feel like being a coyote I don't submit I just go "I'm going now" then run off XD

In amethyst mountain, I typically run away. I figure that I'm a loner intruding on their territory, and I can't beat them anyway. But in slough creek, the situations are reversed and I attack until the stranger submits or dies.
