Bears take me down fast if my selection in strength is low, which is what i tend to do. I just need to make sure the computer doesn't do any lagging or misclicks, and I will be fine. Otherwize, I am dead. I only died once, since I am having a problem using it. (Points at security thing. )
Sleep is very important. Without it, we can't think straight. If you think you're normal without any sleep, be careful.

Yes, think wisely about your wolf, that always affects things.

Hawks give me the most difficulty. When I'm on the journey, hawks swoop down every two minutes and I run around, going crazy.

To be honest, my only problem are coyotes. My mate is always hunting, and it seems that every time I go to feed off of a carcass about a hundred coyotes appear. Then, when I chase them off they come back, and If I kill them, different ones come back when I go to replenish my health.
I've played the game about half a dozen times now, and the majority of my pup's deaths are due to coyotes.

I dont have a problem with bears since my strength is all the way to the top. Coyotes give me the most trouble because they always come in big groups for me. at least four or five come at one time and usually one of my pups die. :(

I think it's a glitch, when so many coyotes appear. One time I had two which were attacking my pups. And then a coyote AND a bear. I didn't think about a glitch and continued with only one pup left. Nowadays I would reload.

In one thread I saw a funny picture of a poor wolf with his/her four pups and at least 5 coyotes in the background. The picture was really funny, but when you're playing and this happens I think it's only annoying. What can you do? You can't kill 5 coyotes at the same time. And to be honest, mates aren't a big help here.

I voted for Bears. Because i see them more often than other predators and they are a pain, They just run around my den constantly, i fend one off and get low on health, but then another one appears. It happens everytime xD Coyotes can be a pain aswell, but not as much as The bear. Hawks i have no trouble with, i barely see them, and i just need to howl to send one flying off. I just ignore Stranger wolves, its not worth losing health to them seeing as they just stand there.

For me it was hawks. It always came swooping in and before i could run into it,it would pick up one of my pups and it was over for the poor pup.In my first game with my first wolf shadow,I only got 1 pup across, but that was mostly because my mate didn't help me at all except for going hunting. It was weird because My wolf Shadow took care of the pups mostly and he is a male.In my second game in slough creek with my wolf Juniper and her mate Gigabyte, they got three pups across whose names were,Male:Megabyte Females:Jupiter,Moonbeam.the hawks always gave me the most trouble.
HOLY TACOS!!!!!........Randomness and wolves rule ;)

My signature is of Firepaw from Warriors. I DID NOT draw it. :)

The most annoying thing with the bears is that fighting them takes most of your health. So you're crawling around looking for carcasses.
Coyotes are annoying because they are like boomerangs and almost melt with the environment.
But the hawk (or eagle)... When the predator cam zooms in, I click on space than the zoom stops. Then I zoom out so I can see all my pups (which hopefully don't run in all directions  ). But often I'm too fast and run past the eagle or I run into it too early. It flies away just to attack a few minutes later without warning. I hate this bird (in the game  ).

Coyotes give the most problems to me xD
The zoom-in camera gives me a schock(spelling) everytime I see Rob's face in it...Plus they come back even if I scare them to the other part of the map, so the only way to get rid of them is to kill them  I need to look after my Pups and then there they are:Bob, Rob, The Hawk and Stranger Wolves...Then I leave my Pups to my mate and go hunting...It calms my nerves, but after a while I get three messages:
''Your puppy Berry has died''
''Your puppy Mountain has died''
''Your puppy Light has died''
I sigh and thing:at least Star didn't die, but then POP another message appears:
''Your puppy Star has died''
Than I look like a maniac and turn off WolfQuest thinking:Eh, I'll finish it another day

What I don't get: Somewhere (I think it was in the FAQ) I've read that your pups are save as soon as you're about 50 meters away from the den.
So, why do still predators come and kill your pups? My mate always stays at the den when I'm away, but I almost get a nervous breakdown when I go to find food and to mark my territory.

I don't think that;s right.. Because danger is everywhere, in the forms of the game play..

And you don't need to freak out, your mate is trust worthy C:

The eagle has most often been the cause of pup death for me. Most often, I've just gotten one pup to the rendezvous site and an eagle descends as soon as my back is turned. The other annoying thing is how the pups start to wander off, and as soon as I try to tend to one, the eagle drops on the other three.

My best way to avoid this is to zoom as far out as I can, so I can keep a better eye on the sky.
