Really? Thats interesting as, I've been killed quite a few times by getting shot there with my test files and such...X3 Thats partly one of the reasons I'm not really overly keen on the cattle ranch, because the gun shot is so loud.

I have nothing against the Cattle Ranch, but I have to play WQ with the sound down because it bugs my dogs (xD) so I never hear when I'm about to get shot... so... I don't like it them much.

I find it pretty helpfully if my den is near it because it gets you easy food for the pups. I don't always use it because I don't always use the dens near it so I just go scavenge on carcasses. I do like it though sometimes I just go there for the fun of it. I like stalking around the cows and not getting caught! :D

In my opinion, not really. (unless you live in the SC Den.)

But it is quite fun. Although I don't go there alot because I usually use the SM Den.

Maybe you just don't hear it? You want to try to stay clear of the cows, keep a distance from them. If you get to close they start mooing... and I believe that can set the dog off. But if you hold down 'shift' to stalk I believe they don't notice you, at least not as quickly.

I do a generally good job with the Cattle Ranch and I love it. Though finding the calf can be a pain, when I do kill it I eat it up. Because I know that that dog will be barking soon enough.

I voted no on the poll. If you live too far from the cattle ranch, like my wolf, it's not the best way to get a quick hunt done. I usually rely on my mate to do the hunting since he is not a good pup-sitter >> Last time i visited the cattle ranch, the coyotes were on a killing spree (yush puppies go bye bye ;_;) but i saved the game before that.

I think it is made just for fun. It is really cool for me to stalk among the cows. But it is a long way to the ranch and puppies are getting too hungry when I return. I think it's much easier to find an elk carcass.

I don't really go to the cattle ranch. I just don't really like it all that much. If I need food I hunt or find a carcass.
