Re: The threat of the jump button!
I honestly think the jump button should stay, since as far as I'm aware, it doesn't cause that many issues, and it can be helpful in most cases. When I'm traveling and I bump into a carcass, I prefer to jump over it than run around it, just makes everything easier, and I too, use the jump button while hunting, it actually helps me a lot while hunting, particualarly if the elk has a lot of health.
In advance, if the jump button wasn't here in the first place, I think that would be fairly odd, considering it wouldn't be very realistic, having a wolf that cannot jump x)

To concur with that statement I really don't understand how it became a problem in the first place- if it doesn't casue mass lag/death everywhere and etc. it should be fine. If it was "fixed" or "improved" it would just waste funding that the team could use to make WolfQuest better.

Re: The threat of the jump button!
Actually I love the Jump button. I wouldn't try to jump over another wolf though, just an elk carcass or tree branch that's in the way. The only problem is that it seems to be the number one cause of glitches in the game. I've often got stuck or right after jumping I can't make my wolf do something else. For example today right after I jumped once- I could no longer wag my tail

I don't have any problems with the jump button. I think it would be cool if there was more purpose for the jump command, though.

Re: The threat of the jump button!
I normally jump into carcasses and dens and lay down in them just for fun or when playing hide and seek {full carcasses are the best}. My friends and I play leap frog and other random games with jump a lot. {Such as the "sliding glitch" or "skiing"}
Sometimes if you jump into something, such as a den, your screen will mess up. Don't worry, just press "F" and it should be fixed up again at the proper angle. C:
Sometimes jump is useful, I often get stuck in objects {not even with using jump} and to get free I just hop out.
I pretty much agree with you. In fact, I kind of like the jump button. cxGlacia2008 wrote:I don't have any problems with the jump button. I think it would be cool if there was more purpose for the jump command, though.

The jump button can be useful. If someone is in the way you can jump through them.

Re: The threat of the jump button!
I think it should stay because WQ is trying to stay as realistic as possible, and wolves jump. The thing annoying me about it is that sometimes I get stuck in the river, and the jump button glitches sometimes and sends me back to the other side of the bank.
