Those memories that WolfQuest brings.

Post by NewMooon » Mon Apr 18, 2011 7:10 pm

(I'm pretty sure there isn't a post like this but if there is feel free to lock mine.)

I just thought I would make a topic for those who get some of the greatest memories brought back to them by playing WolfQuest. WolfQuest can remind some people of the best moments.

When me and my pack were hunting and talking about life and Aleu brought down the bull and we all were "high pawing"
it reminded me of those days in math when I barely knew who half my class was and I sat down into my assigned seat to be greeted by my new friend Coral. I remember playing "math football", and when Brett scored Coral and I started laughing and congratulated him and getting his first problem right, while Parker celebrated his team's first goal. When ever I am with my pack it brings back the memories of my math table in the corner of the room. WolfQuest always brings back the memories for me, post here If something WolfQuest brought back a memory of something touching for you or visa versa.

Haha, its the opposite for me.

When my nephew was over. He'd play with the dinosaurs on a landscape map thing that had trees, mountains, a river, etc. When he started playing that his child dino started drowning. The child rex was shouting help for his parents. That reminded me of the roleplay I did in Slough Creek when I was playing as a pup with pup siblings but no father. I was drowning and my roleplay mother had to come to save me.

Well, there is one I suppose. (Mods, please post if it's too innapropriate, it's not intended to be)

When I hunt with people on multiplayer, it reminds me of my friends and I stalking boys. XD You see, running around and chasing them playfully is kind of like hunting in a way. On the prowl, you know.
everything out of the ordinary is considered weird, i try to stay clear of the eathlings and their fears

WolfQuest still gives me the joy that I first had when I played on my first multiplayer game. That first time was really fun, the same with the first time playing on single player. I gave me a feeling of wanting to live in the mountains for some reason.

Everytime I go into my second file (in which I decided to be a 'nomadic' wolf) I reminisce because it is one of the wolves' I have spent the most time on and it brings back memories.

Even just hunting, running about and generally exploring reminds of the first, sometimes confusing days.

Just reminding everyone I made the thread for memories in real life that wolf quest reminds you of not that It really matters to me if it reminds you of something in game. Also, no offense or anything meant Safren, but This is a thread for posting about memories, but I'm sure there are other threads to post what you like about WolfQuest. But really I don't know for sure you can ask around I guess  . (Sorry if this sounds like backseat moderating at all :?: I'm just trying to remind people what I made the thread for.)

When I was a little kid, we used to stalk boys and steal their hats. xD It's like when I sneek up on a rabbit~

Playing WolfQuest always brings back memories of when me and my best friend used to go to each other's houses and sit in front of our laptops all day gaming on nothing in particular, wasting away the hours, going to bed at 2 in the morning and getting up at 5 to waste away another day. We were pretty addicted to screens back in those days, but I guess everyone goes through those stages. :'D

Though I do not play the game anymore, The Boards still bring back memories of the old pack website, used by the Undine Falls Pack. We have changed from webhost, cause our beloved leader did want to step down as a pack leader (and pack hoster). Oh, I sure do know about all the good time we had back then! ^.^

Pack meetings on IRC and such, WolfQuest MP games, discussions about like anything. That was awesome.

It also bring back memories of my old graphical card previously placed in my current computer. When playing SP a day on fantastic, it decided to happily burn itself... Fail. XD
After determining the problem why my computer wouldn 't boot anymore, I also reconized the tons of dust in it...

Oh and the roleplaying we did, and my old usernames and DA accounts. i do not have an DA anymore though.
