When someone joins your server and you greet them super-nicely and enjoy their stay (Or something) And then they either leave or just sit there, not dong anything, wasting a spot.

Giant lag spikes on multiplayer. Ugh.
People who think they know everything are a great annoyance to those of us who do.

My most frustrating moment was at the start of the final journey, because it was my first time and I didn't know how to get the pups to follow me! Another time was in multiplayer when we were hunting elk, but no one would listen to me when I said to let it walk back to the herd. So we ended up chasing an elk from the fir forest to the Burn, and it took longer than it had to.
