Other options for buying the game?

Post by GK83 » Tue Oct 09, 2018 12:42 pm

I haven't played 2.5 in a big while. But as far as I know, 3.0 is coming out with bigger content and more realistic improvements. Something that I AM going to buy in the near future, but for 2.7 I'll just wait for a sale. I will admit that it is a very reasonable price.
Now you know who you're fighting.

Well, keep in mind that WolfQuest 3 will be a free update to players who own WolfQuest 2.7. If you are buying WQ 3 for the first time, the cost will likely be more than than the current game 2.7 (so it's cheaper to purchase it now and get WQ 3 as a free update).

I definitely think it's worth the money, despite being unable to afford it. I play 2.5, and it's REALLY glitchy!! The mates are COMPLETELY useless in that game, but in the demo of 2.7, the mates are really smart.

I definitely agree that it is worth it. I've had great fun with Wolfquest 2.7 for the past few days since buying it, enough to want to 100% it with all achievements (Halfway there)! As said above, it will also give you a discount to the new version when it is released since it will be a free update—just that may be enough to make it worth it, since ten dollars is quite cheap for a modern, new game (though it isn't all new, most of it is).

It's worth the price and honestly always had been, so I'm happy it has the price now. A lot more of a fun game with friends, since when playing on your own it can stale easy, and there's no guarantee your multiplayer experience will be great.

The added bonus of getting 3 as a free bonus is honestly super generous.

Honestly, at this rate, with all the detail, love, devotion, and soul that everyone on the WQ team is putting into this game, I would gladly pay well over $20.

Honestly, I think it's more than worth it, especially because if you buy it now, you'll get WolfQuest 3 for free when it's released, and by the looks of it, WolfQuest 3 is going to be 350% better than the current version.

I think $10 is more than fair, and also fits the audience of its players as well. A lot of time and patience to detail, as well as deep planning to maintain the standard of realism and being educational.

Then you're probably painfully unaware of the time, resources, and hard work that goes into developing a game. Rest assured the team deserves at least some compensation for all of that. ;)

That said, a free trial is available for download and the WolfQuest team is generous enough to give away several copies for free every month. One is active currently: https://wolfquest.org/bb/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=84780

It's worth it!
WQ is one of the best games about wolves and animals in General.
Especially if you buy 2.7 Tower Fall will be free.
In WQ you can find friends, acquaintances.
Yes, the game can not stand out graphics. BUT!This game is different from all the others!
I love WQ, I played it as a kid and now I'm looking forward to Episode 3.
It's worth it! :wolf:

Just to clarify, it's WolfQuest 3: Anniversary Edition which will be free if you have purchased 2.7, not Tower Fall.

is wolf quest worth the money?!?! Is that even a question for the people who have been playing the game long enough to really enjoy it??? the awnser is OBVIOUSLY YES! the graphics are really good and I cant believe this game is only 10 dollars! The game is very realistic, enjoyable for almost all ages, and mostly an amazing fun way to pass time! If your looking at the reviews and are leaning towards not getting that game all I will say is you're going to miss out on so much fun!I would say this game is worth alot more than 10$! I definentally recommed buying this game because If you dont your just missing out on something that could become your favorite game! Just think about the fun that awaits you in the game! What are you waiting for jump into wolf quest and have REAL fun!
