Also, with the wolves raising children...I don't think that's ever happened before.

As far as i'm aware pups aren't called cubs maybe occasionally but they are called puppies so its true really that they're called puppies

Cub and pup are both accepted names for a baby wolf. In the UK, where I live, we always use cub - I have never heard anyone here use pup, but many Americans do. Since both are correct in zoological terms, you can use whichever you prefer.

Aparently the experienced zookeeper I've searched on Yahoo! Answers, pup and cub are pretty common to use. I think puppy are usually called for a baby dog. c:

Yes, a prober term for a Puppy is a domesticated animal. And word for a Pup is normaly used with the Canine Wolf.
