Probably doesn't count but I've got to pet a 99% timber wolf pup [Big at about 7 or 8 months] but I wanna go on a quest to do so ^v^

i visited yellowstone and grand teton national park a couple of years ago, and i got to see two wild wolves around lamar valley.

one of them left pretty quickly, but the other had some sort of deer leg in its mouth that it buried before it went into the trees. i managed to get a picture through the spotting scope, which isn't great quality, but still. honestly it was one of the best experiences i've ever had, though i don't know if i'll ever visit yellowstone again; i get uncomfortable around that many people.

I've had personal encounters with tame wolves, but only got to observe a wild wolf pack. But that's okay, wild animals are supposed to be watched from a distance. I went to Yellowstone and saw the Lamar Canyon Pack hunt down an elk, and I even got to see the growing pups that tagged along after the kill was made. I've been to a few local wolf preserves and got some nice shots of them, so yes I have had encounters with wolves.

I have seen a wolf but in a zoo, the wolf or its name was Snickers (i don't know why they would call a wolf Snickers) was eating meat out of a steel bowl and afterwards started to throw the bowl around and it was hilarious.

I've been to a local wolf preserve, the Lakota Wolf Preserve to be exact, and saw quiet a few different types of wolves. They were, of course, kept behind a fence but it seemed that you could get closer than you would be able to in a zoo. The pair there were able to get all of the wolves in the vicinity to howl which was very cool. I don't believe I've ever seen a wild wolf though.

I haven't seen them, but I have heard them, right by my house every night! The military base that connects its woods to ours (CRANE) has been releasing them to help control the herbivore population in my part of Indiana. It's pretty awesome! ^-^

Only once, just recently, in a zoo. Spent most of my time by that exhibit.

Seen quite a lot, but petted an omega female! Best memory ever!

I've also seen a pack fight at one of the sanctuaries where two betas started fighting, but then the alpha jumps in and separates them

"Ranks" may occur in captivity due, but just know that they do not occur in your typical, wild wolf pack.

I have seen wolves a couple of times, mainly at Busch Gardens (Williamsburg) and at the National Zoo. I can't remember if Maymont had wolves or not.

I' went to a wildlife park a couple years ago and it had three wolves in it. I'm pretty sure the wolves were siblings o-o

I've only ever seen captive wolves, in a zoo and in a wolf rescue near my city, but are they ever beautiful

I don't exactly remember seeing a wolf, but I'm sure I must have seen some when I went to Yellowstone and the zoo when I was younger.
