What do you want to happen to it: I want him to be 'evil' at the beginning, but then the characters discover the good side in him or something. I want the first scene about rain to be him daydreaming: i remember the days when i ran with the pack, etc...

No, he did not acually die, just a dream. In the kinda bloody panel, he didn't die. He lived. Just got knocked out.
