Yes.

It's the true story of Marcos Rodriguez Pantoja, age 7, that lived among wolves until he was "rescued" at age 19. This happened between the years 1953 and 1965. He not only lived among wolves, but managed to become the leader of the pack. A pack of true wild wolves.

I'm not sure if this movie will be released in any English-speaking country.
