Some are ruthless beasts
I understand some hunters are okay if they eat the deer,
but I disagree with hunting to "keep wolf population down"
when they could actually help our wolves by relocating them
to places that already have them but could have more.

that would possibly throw the ecosystem there out of balance.

You do realise that wolves usually kill intruders, don't you?

I know what she meant, and not every place needs wolves. Many of those ecosystems get by just fine without them.

places that already have them probably do because wolves eat elk deer etc and I they don't eat them the deer will overpopulate and die then the grass will be too high which is bad or other animals.the whole ecosystem would fall apart

No because other animals eat the deer too, and humans hunt them. That is the entire point the hunting season, to keep the deer population down. Also, as stated before, wolves will kill or chase out intruders, so what's the point when they're going to most likely end up being killed anyway?

Serious question: Where do you get your information from?

Territorial fights are among the principal causes of wolf mortality, with one study concluding that 14–65% of wolf deaths in Minnesota and the Denali National Park and Preserve were due to predation by other wolves. - Mech, David L., Adams, Layne G., Meier, Tomas J., Burch, John W., & Dale, Bruce W. (2003), The Wolves of Denali, University of Minnesota Press, p. 163, ISBN 0816629595

Put a wolf in an area with a few other wolves, chances are it will be ripped apart.

Though it wouldn't be exactly good for the ecosystem if wolves were to be completely removed from an area, as previously stated, they aren't the only ones hunting the deer, elk, etc. Other predators (bears, etc.) hunt them too. How come you aren't worrying about them?

He is worrying about them but do you really expect him to give all of that unneeded information on here?

Yes, because his posts are inaccurate and show a lack of analysis. I think this argument is petty and should be stopped, but it's not a stupid question to ask. You can't give out facts without showing proof.
Also, if you got rid of too many of the wolves, the elk would over graze and die of starvation, or they would potentially destroy farmers' crops. The wolves will die either way. You have to look at the big picture. As humans, we have the right to care for the earth and keep things in check. If they were to relocate the wolves, they would either be kill/chased off by an enemy pack, or they would continue to over hunt in that area and later starve. There's no happy medium in this, honestly. You don't know what effect relocating the wolves would have on an ecosystem until you actually move them. Think about the predators that already exist there, and the environment's maximum capacity. Honestly, the hunters were doing the ecosystem a justice. It is not right to let the wolves destroy an area.
In addition, people DO care about the environment. I think the movement is becoming more popular than it was a few years ago, and it exists in great numbers. Open your eyes. Yes, there are cruel hunters who kill animals illegally, but we are predators like anything else. Humans are doing absolutely no harm if they hunt legally and within reason. I honestly think you should be worrying more about factory farms and the treatment of domestic animals.

I don't care what you honestly think. Why should I be helping farmers? Wolves need it more. I never asked what any of you "honestly think", so please stop shoving it in my face!
