I've always been a fan of Bald Eagles, probably because I grew up with them hanging around the house. They aren't so abundant anymore unfortunately, so it's even more of a special moment to sight them now c:

I like raptors, any kind of raptors (raptors are birds like hawks, eagles, owls,) I see them a lot and I have held (if you consider holding having it sit on your arm with an extremely thick glove/gauntlet on) and fed them meat.

I agree, and my favorite raptor is the bald eagle

I have to say my favourite bird is the owl, I like the amazing colours that the owl can come in, such as the snow owl.

Certainly not the biggest fan of birds, but I do like them. Ravens and crows especially.

I used to own two budgies, but I was little so my grandmother took care of them. They died, but I don't remember when.

Also yesss, all raptors are rad. Golden eagles are so beautiful.

My favorite tends to change every now and then, but right now it would be bald eagles. Mostly because I've been watching an eagle cam and the nestlings are starting to fledge.

I do have a fondness for snowy owls and Harpy Eagles, as well as a few other birds.

But in all seriousness though, I have a growing fondness of many different kinds of birds now. Owls are forever my fave, but there are some pretty awesome songbirds out there too. Cedar waxwings for instance? Absolutely beautiful and adorable.

I really like Australian Wood Duck and Masked Owl. But I'm a Birder in NZ. I took a interest in birds as there are no wolves here!(even in zoos)

Masked owls are cool. And I just looked up Australian Wood Ducks- they don't look like the wood ducks we have here in the US!

Also cool that you're a birder! I recently got into birding about a year ago after I went on a study abroad to Peru. I have a long list of all the species I saw. Anyone else here a birder?

I really like birds of prey, like eagles, hawks etc. I also like ravens a lot. Owls are pretty cool has well.
