Animals you've seen in trees!

Post by skinwalker3 » Sat Oct 31, 2009 5:38 am

so, the other day, i was walking through th woods behind my house and i saw a normal gray squrrill. i thought to my self, " just a gray squrrill. i bet there are people out there who live in some amazing places, and they have seen amazing animals in trees."
weither that animal be a normal gray squrrill cracking a nut in a tree, a toucan perched on a branch, or a even a cat stuck in a tree, i would love to hear about other animals you have seen in the trees!

even it is just a gray squrrill.

Well, the animals you mentioned don't live in trees, but sometimes they feel more comfortable being at some height that being at the ground with the predators and more danger. Leopards usually climb trees for resting and feeling more protected due to the altitude, they also climb on trees for eating. Some monkeys like the orangutan will not touch the ground in it's life, maybe just for dying, but other monkeys will only climb on trees for feeding and feeling more protected, but in as time of their lives they will need to touch the ground since there they will find some food their bodys require.

Tree squirrels, tree frog, owls, chipmunks, Snakes, woodpeckers, possums wombats koalas, fruit bat, walkingstick, snail, and howler monkey, etc.

Lots of bugs live in trees. Many types of beetles, ants, worms, bees, ladybugs caterpiliers and spiders.
