WQ Coordinator wrote:We've reserved new episodes for new locations, and Solitary was correct in assuming we didn't receive enough money to add a new location in Yellowstone, so we wanted to update Slough Creek (and Amethyst Mountain) with more features.

And at this point we do not have any intentions of making a preview video for 2.5, but I will definitely post more screenshots at some point, probably after beta testing has begun. (And no, beta testing has not yet begun, nor are we close to beta testing at this point.)
Whoa thanks for the info Cana!! Sweet! More sceenies! Man you are so cool Cana! Thanks! hope you send some screenies soon. if you can, tell us when they are out :)

Cana, how will beta testers be selected?I am not trying to ask to be one, just wondering how those lucky suckers are selected :)

All the mods are beta testers, but I'm not exactly sure how the regular user ones are picked.

Correct, just tot answer the other bit. They are picked if the team notice that they have been making some really useful and detailed bug reports that have helped the team a lot in finding/fixing the bug they h\ave reported.

Actually, we're narrowing down our number of beta testers this year, so not all the moderators will be beta testers, and there will be just a couple non-mod beta testers (who have previously sent in detailed and helpful bug reports, as wolf567 said).

Jaguartail- please remember to use quotes from official sources if you're helping answer questions. There's a topic about beta testers in the WolfQuest FAQ forum.
Thanks for the avatar, Silverness!

I know right? Cana? Awsome photos of the snow and all. Also that bear attacking the wolf, took it at the right time. And to think, you don't even have the resting photos yet. :)

So if we get bugs, screenies with them, and a report, we might be a beta?Does experience and post count matter, too?

I keep getting tons of glitches! :( One is when the water turns black, and I don't know what makes it do so...
Another is when I pess the "P" key when I meet a bad wolf. That's not in my pack...
Some times the zoom in gets stuck and keeps repeating it's self...
Some times I can't turn left or right and only can go forwards and backwords...
Some times my bite/pick up pup/eat thing won't work...
AND THE ONE I HATE MOST OF ALL IS!I GET KICKED OFF THE GAME WHEN I'M PLAYING MULTIPLAYER! :x

I BEG YOU!PLEASE FIX THESE GLITCHES! :x

I agree, I think that snow will be a pretty awesome feature within the game c: It will be interesting to see what it'll be like ingame.
