I am so in love with this new detail already omg. Especially with how huge the new maps are going to be, It’s going to be useful to bring snack along for the road! It’s also interesting to read about how such a seemingly small addition can be a lot of work to implement. Puts into perspective the amount of work that creating a game such as WQ takes!

It looks pretty cool!
I have but one question; will you be able to drag entire elk carcasses (using stamina of course)?

I don't think wolves are capable of dragging the entire carcass of an adult elk. Maybe the baby elk? That would be neat.

Actually they are. But for really short distances(less than 1~2 wolf leaps' distance I think)

This is going to be a very useful new feature for when your wolf has pups. I'm also loving the new walk animation, the way the wolf model has fur now, the new model itself and the new eating sound effects.
Very nice job! I'm looking very forward to the release of Tower Falls and the anniversary edition!

This will bring so many benefits! We will be able to bring the food also to the dying players and help each other! It will be so much fun! It sounds exciting that other predators may steal these from us but will we be also able to dig a hole and hide the chunks? Most animals have a good smell and can find it anyways, but they would find it way later and this would increase our chance not having it stolen! :fox:

No. As I said in the blog post, wolves in Yellowstone don't cache food because there are so many competitors who are likely to find it quickly.

This feature sounds awesome. Yesterday, someone was roleplaying as a wolf who had been injured by a bear. They seemed to be too badly injured to hunt. This feature would allow their packmates to deliver food to them, so they could stay where they were and rest. :D

This will bring more fun to roleplay. I agree! Next time if anyone has a problem with bears in WQ3 give them the chunks! :D

Fast food at its finest and that is indeed a very useful thing to have at our disposal.
